We want you to love your Lunara. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how our returns and refunds work.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email us at lunara1015.2009@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at lunara1015.2009@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use beyond testing for fit or function may not be eligible for return. Gift cards are non-returnable.
